  • Responsible for daily IT Support including Desktop, System and Infrastructure.
  • Liaise with Services vendors to diagnose and resolve any Technical issues as required.
  • Responsible for the IT Projects assigned by the client.
  • Responsible for the IMAC requests by the client.
  • Escalate the critical case to the Management if any.
  • Diploma Holder in Computer Studies or equivalent, and have 2~3 years on IT Support environment.
  • Have support knowledge on administration job under Microsoft Server environment.
  • Have support experience for Financial Service industry is preferable.
  • Have communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
