  • Provide Desktop / PC Hardware support on client issues / problems.
  • Perform PC troubleshoot and System installation and configurations related to both Hardware and Software.
  • Understanding of Network and Server side.
  • Responsible for assigned ad-hoc job tasks when necessary.
  • High Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Study, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of troubleshooting experience on IT/ Mobile devices include PC/Desktop, Windows/ Mac Servers, Printers & Scanners.
  • Solid experience and knowledge in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Desktop applications and Network issues.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work under pressure.
  • Creative, analytical, self-initiative and well-organized.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with good team spirit.
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese.
