  • Required to provide Post-sales Technical Support in troubleshooting and resolution of Network.
  • Handling of Customer’s complaints and related fault Ticketing activities.
  • To perform Network Management and monitoring of multi-Network Infrastructures, Systems and Facilities in Network Operation Centre (NOC).
  • High diploma or Degree in Telecommunication or related studies.
  • Possess 1- 3 years hands-on working experience in NOC environment is advantage.
  • Familiar with Transmission equipment, IP and routing, Data communication equipment, Network Management System, LAN/WAN Technologies, ICT etc.
  • Must be Customer Oriented.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Require to work on rotating Shift duties.
  • Shift Duty is required. (12 hours Shift).
