Desktop Support Engineer (bank)
- Responsible for the end-user support
- Installation / removal / change of software and hardware peripherals
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Follow-up with other agreed service providers and hardware/software supplier on maintenance of such hardware/software
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- Have 1-2 years relevant working experience in desktop support
- Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
