  • Responsible for the end-user support on Windows OS and applications
  • Installation / removal / change of software and hardware peripherals
  • Hardware, PC software and network troubleshooting
  • Follow-up with service providers and hardware/software supplier on maintenance of such hardware/software
  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above
  • 3 years working experiences in deskside support with knowledge of AD, MS Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Antivirus, Mobile Devices, Printers and video conferencing support
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiar with Windows applications
