Computer Operator
- Provide first level problem determination and remote support to end users
- Assist to create an incident ticket through Customer helpdesk system and dispatch or escalate the calls to designated support team
- Responsible to perform the routine operation, service request and backup task followed the procedure guide provided by Customer
- Shift duty from Monday to Saturday is required
- Form 5 or above
- Certificate/Diploma holder in computer studies, information technology or related qualifications
- Knowledge of PC, Windows Platform (Win 9x, NT, 2000 & XP), Desktop Hardware Configuration, Internet Browser, Anti Virus Application and Desktop Productivity Applications (e.g. MS Office suite)
- Strong in software support is an advantage
- Able to work independently
