NOC Engineer
- To attend shift roster to provide day-to-day operation and administration support in Network Operation Centre at a major investment bank
- To assist in the monitoring of clients’ network and security infrastructure by using remote tools and facilities
- To coordinate support services with the Global Support Centre and with clients
- To handle escalation procedure for networking products with vendors
- No overnight shift and work on public holiday required
- Higher diploma or above in Computer Studies, Engineering or equivalent
- Possess minimum 3 year of experience in either network operation, helpdesk or data center operation.
- Working experience in Network Operations Centre (NOC)
- Fresh graduate with sound IT knowledge will also be considered
- Good command of English and Cantonese
