System Analyst / SSA
- To support IT related projects in the aspects of application development, technical consultation, development team management, planning / scheduling, and documentation;
- To understand and analyze business knowledge & requirements to suggest & deliver the IT solutions with duties along the SDLC covering the study & design, implementation, testing, documentation and maintenance of IT applications according to specification;
- Have hands-on experience in documentation in BRS, FRS, design specification, system flow, test plan, operation manual, and use guide/training material;
- To ensure the technical decision, design and implementation are done with advanced techniques and accordance with IT standards. Working in conjunction with Technical Service Team, and/or Vendors, on the design of technical solution;
- To provide on-going daily supports of the IT systems/applications;
- Act as a team lead to provide the above deliverables and coach the team to follow the SDLC practice.
- Bachelor's degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as system analyst or equivalent;
- Solid experience in IT Project Implementation, preferably in Mobile/Telecom industry;
- Solid knowledge and hands-on development experience in J2EE components such as Java Servlet, Sprint/Strut frameworks, JQuery, JSP, JDBC; ODBC, PL/SQL, T-SQL, ORACLE database, MS SQL Server, file transfer protocols and web applications/services ;
- Solid knowledge in software development life cycle, document management, project management and risk management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Able to motivate and develop the team members to maintain competence;
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Visio
