System Engineer (Windows)
- Provide on-going Project and Systems upgrade support including but not limited to DR solution development.
- Provide day-to-day management of Server Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, backup operation and minor Software upgrade/patching.- Server patching and daily backup review and adjustment.
- Focus on daily maintenance and support tasks including Regional Systems diagnostic, evaluation and suggestion to regional IT offices.
- Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution of IT System, Hardware and Software.
- Ensure the IT Server Infrastructures are fulfill compliance/security requirement, and assistance on audit review.
- New Product POC evaluation and reporting for senior review.
- Prepare system documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update according to new business application.
- Assists in conducting DR Drill and BCP process.
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in server administration with strong knowledge in MS Servers technology, AD, Email infra and archiving, VMware Virtual Infrastructure SAN storage management and capacity planning, Backup and recovery.
- Solid experience in MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, , Virtualization Technology (VMware ESXi, VDI), Linux.
- Solid experience in administration of SAN Storage, MDM MobileIron, Antivirus/AntiSpam, Web filtering solution and Server Backup & Recovery Solution.
