  • Support Continuity of Business (COB) Program Management activities and work with department coordinators on CoB milestone/issue tracking in HK
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for all CoB systems and tools including CoBTrac and provide technical support and consultation to department coordinators.
  • Be the central interface person on any entitlement requests for CoBTrac and any other systems.
  • Business background in banking or finance and/or knowledge in Business Continuity Management would be an advantage
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical abilities
  • Good knowledge and skills in using PC tools including advanced features of Excel
