  • Certificate in Computing Studies, Information Technology or equivalent issued by a recognized Education Institute.
  • Professional Certs Holder on MCITP / MCTS - Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for 1 the following area: either Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration; Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration or Application Infrastructure Configuration. Or
  • MCSE - Microsoft Certificate Solution Expert. Or
  • CCNA - Cisco Certificate Network Associate.
  • At least 2 years IT Support experience.
  • At least 1 year working experience as a GOA Resident Engineer.
  • Hands-on LAN Networking & System support experience.
  • Able to read and write English and Chinese.
