Data Centre Specialist
- Ensure requested work is successfully processed according to schedules.
- Follow procedures, instructions and checklists to complete tasks with good quality.
- Perform general Problem & Change handling.
- Perform infrastructure monitoring and distribute alerts to responsible groups of support.
- Perform Service Centre help desk and process batch jobs.
- Operate input/output devices such as tape drives and printers.
- Drive problem analysis and resolution for incidents that affects infrastructure operations.
- Ensure all client requests and other ad-hoc duties are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Certificate in IT or related qualification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of IT Working Experience in Data Centre Operation.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows, LinuxOperation an advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shift Duty is required.
