  • Daily Operations Support in IBM Mainframe, or Open System on UNIX/ Linux/ Microsoft Windows.
  • Monitor, scheduling and operation Batch jobs and backup task.
  • System problem troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Problem escalation.
  • Diploma or above.
  • 3 ~ 5 years experience in System Operations support on IBM Mainframe or UNIX/ Linux/ Microsoft Windows.
  • Hands-on IBM Mainframe zOS / MVS Operating System.
  • Knowledge of JES2/3, CICS.
  • Solid Batch Scheduler Operations skill such as Control-M, TWS.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to shift duty.
