Technical Officer (Shift Operation)
- Conduct customer’s Network and Server equipment surveillances, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Conduct remote configuration change and update documentation for customer’s network equipment.
- Conduct adhoc and emergence changes on network equipment configuration when required.
- Perform Helpdesk support with Shift roster duty.
- Coordinate with internal relevant parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery.
- Holder in High Certificate of Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 years’ relevant experience in ICT implementation or maintenance support.
- Knowledge on the Network Management tool is an advantage.
- Knowledge in router and switch, firewall.
- Knowledge of Server, Desktop or Networking equipment is preferred.
- Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner.
- Shelf-motivating and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication in spoken and written in both Chinese and English.
- Willing to work on 7x24 Shift Roster Duty.
- Working location : Lai Chi Kok area.
