Project Coordinator (Network)
- Schedule the installation and replacement of network switches and other network equipment
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors on network installation and change activities
- Perform impact analysis, change request scheduling, and resources assignment for carrying out the network installation jobs
- Perform basic problem diagnosis, problem isolation, and escalation activities during network implementation
- Provide onsite standby support services after major implementation upon requested by client
- Notify concerned parties after completing the network installation and update necessary inventory systems and system documentations
- Diploma Holder or above in Computer Studies, Networking & Telecommunication or equivalent.
- Over 3 year experience in network support
- Hand on experience on layer 2, layer 3 & routing protocols including TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP will be an advantage.
- Professional qualification on networking (such as CCNA/CCNP) will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
