Senior/ System Analyst (CRM)
- To lead the planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, training, data migration and hyper-care support.
- To manage and coach team members in problem solving, root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- To support inception of business demands during early stage of conceptualization and provide feasibility study and rough estimate on cost and time.
- To document Software and System design, Architecture, Framework and conduct impact analysis for IT Systems or Network Change request.
- To collaborate with other teams in Project delivery and System rollout.
- To develop and identify opportunities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology to enhance Customer Life Cycle Management (i.e. reach, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty).
- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in Application Software development or telecom industry.
- Solid experience in System Integration and Project Management, PMP Certification will be an advantage.
- Experience in ICT System design with exposure in CRM applications in B2B and B2C domains preferred.
- Full System development Life Cycle experience and/or Agile/SCRUM development experience.
- Prior experience in Oracle Database, WebSphere J2EE, J2SE, Struts, Unix script, SQL and SQL tuning.
- Able to communicate across levels, documentation, analytical and problem solving skills required.
- Self-motivated, good team player and able to work under a tight schedule and independent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
