  • Support daily operation at customer site such as daily health checking
  • Complete simple Move & Changes such as creating extension in CM and reset voice mail password in MM
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Have basic technical knowledge such as Windows platform, Linux platform & Avaya IPT is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with good team spirit.
  • Good communication in both English and Chinese.
  • Fresh graduate is fine
