Field Support
- To provide Installation & Technical Support Services to users.
- To setup equipment for demo, to assist the evaluation to equipment, and / or Systems.
- To assist team supervisor to plan resource for service provision to services & to lead a small team Engineers in carrying out PC installation related work assignment.
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT Engineering or the equivalent.
- Nice to have relevant Professional Certifications, such as HP, Lenovo, Dell, MCP, MCITP (MCSE), CCNA.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Familiar with PC Desktop Hardware on HP, IBM, Dell PC & peripherals (printer, scanner, etc).
- Hardware Commissioning for Dot Matrix Printer, Security Module Setup and Configurations.
- Good Customer Services skills to provide excellent service to clients.
- Knowledge in supporting the PC/ LAN Systems and Applications; PC cloning.
- Knowledge of basic Networking for configuration IP, Ping gateway.
- Enthusiastic in new technologies and willing to learn.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure is important.
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
