  • Standby support for daily operation including escort, Server reboot, eye ball checking for DC facilities.
  • As arms and legs of SA to perform support with SA instruction.
  • Coordinate daily Data Center assets and obtain approval according to the process.
  • Arrange HW move-in/out according to approval process.
  • Certificates or above in IT equivalent.
  • At least 1+ Data Centre Operation experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Data Center Operation (i.e. Patch job runing, Tape Management)
  • Basic knowledge of Server Operation (i.e. Support, Monitoring and Maintenance)
  • Shift duty is required.
