Contract Administrator
- Answer Customer phone enquiries.
- Prepare Business Letters and Correspondence.
- Handle documentations such as filing and documents retrieval.
- Responsible for IT Service contract renewals and maintenance.
- Prepare quotations and follow up contract renewals with clients through phone and email.
- High Diploma related on IT.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in IT Service Contract Renewal, Management and Administration.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft and Excel (i.e. functions, Pivot table, etc.)
- Detail-minded, efficient, able to meet tight deadlines
- Under pressure with multiple task working in parallel.
- Willing to work overtime to get tasks completed.
- Good command in English and Chinese
