  • Answer Customer phone enquiries.
  • Prepare Business Letters and Correspondence.
  • Handle documentations such as filing and documents retrieval.
  • Responsible for IT Service contract renewals and maintenance.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up contract renewals with clients through phone and email.
  • High Diploma related on IT.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in IT Service Contract Renewal, Management and Administration.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft and Excel (i.e. functions, Pivot table, etc.)
  • Detail-minded, efficient, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Under pressure with multiple task working in parallel.
  • Willing to work overtime to get tasks completed.
  • Good command in English and Chinese
