Server System Support Engineer
- Hands-on troubleshooting and installation with Microsoft Windows Servers and VMware Operation Support.
- Regular Windows Servers patching activities (patch operation execution through Patch Management tool “Lumension Patchlink”).
- Servers (Windows & VM) monitoring and alert handling.
- Perform daily Health Check to Servers Systems.
- Daily Ticket and Windows Servers incident handling.
- 7x24 Servers alert monitoring.
- Patch execution during non-office and odd hours with compensation leave arrangement.
- On-duty communication devices like Blackberry will be given.
- High Diploma or Degree Holder in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Holder Professional Certificates of Microsoft, VMware or ITIL is preferred.
- Experience/ Certification with Microsoft System Center (Operation Manager) will be an added advantage.
- At least 2+ year experience and exposure to similar enterprise Server Operation.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Servers troubleshooting and patching management.
- Experience with vSphere 4.x, 5.x will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ITIL/ ISO type Incident and Change Ticket handling.
- Experience with Servers Hardware such as IBM xSeries, Cisco UCS, HP and Dell
