  • Responsible for performing daily Data backup and archival of Information Systems, Databases and Applications.
  • Operation and Support to backup Software and Data Center Facilities.
  • Troubleshooting with all Data Center related Incidents.
  • Documentation update with Inventory, contact lists, procedures.
  • High Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ year relevant Technical Support experience in Data Center Operation.
  • Process relevant knowledge in backup Software and Operation, daily reporting of backup completion and failure.
  • Process relevant enterprise experience in Operations of computer operations with knowledge of Servers, Network, Storage and Backup.
  • Good communication of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
  • Working Location: Cyber Port area.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00.
