  • To provide Field Support in troubleshooting and resolution of Network to Customers.
  • Handling of Customer’s complaints and related fault Ticketing activities.
  • To perform Network support and monitoring of multi-Network Infrastructures.
  • Diploma or above in Telecommunication or related studies.
  • Possess 1~3 years hands-on working experience in NOC environment is advantage.
  • Familiar with Cisco routing/ switching, Data communication equipment, Network Management System, and LAN/WAN Technologies etc.
  • Must be Customer Oriented.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Require to work on rotating Shift duties.
