Helpdesk Engineer
- Provide helpdesk call handling and IT support
- Support regular IT operations & related documentations
- Handling system account administration, service provisioning process, IT related procurement and related reports…
- Coordinate with internal & external parties to provide IT operation support
- Monitor & keep update software patches and manage IT assets inventory
- Review & update IT documents to meet company audit standard
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in helpdesk support
- Knowledge in in Windows & email support, TrendMicro/Symantec anti-virus & related solutions is an advantage
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
- Well organized and good technical writing documentations
- Team player, self-motivated, able to multitask and to take initiative to get tasks completed.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
