System Engineer (Windows Server, VMware)
- To provide administration, technical support and troubleshooting on MS Window Server, Linux OS and VMware etc.
- To provide support to overseas branch and consultant offices, including 2nd tier Technical Support, keep the up-to-date Inventory list, follow up their Request and Incident, etc.
- Timely fault rectification of technical issues related to Servers/ Desktop, and Server Room etc.
- To participate in design, propose, implementation and support on Digital Workspace Projects and other Operation Team Projects.
- To handle Desktop patch and Software deployment with PC images updating.
- To prepare User Manual and Operations Procedure.
- To coordinate with external vendor to provide quality support service.
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 4 years working experience in Computer field.
- Experience in supporting Mainland China and Overseas users in Technical and Operations aspects.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server platform, good knowledge of Windows 7/ 8/ 10.
- Solid experience in VMware and System utilities like backup (i.e. Veeam, Acronis, ArcServe, etc).
- Good knowledge of Anti-malware tools (i.e. Symantac, Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection, etc)
- Hands-on various Internet browsers, MS Office 2010 and 365 Suite and SCCM is much preferred.
- Good experience in Automating tasks with Powershell and VBScript.
- With handling Project Management skills.
- Good commend of spoken and written in English and Cantonses (Mandarin).
- Able to work independently and under irregular hour.
