  • Perform daily IT Technical Support to users.
  • Perform Hardware/ Software installation, maintenance of PC such as MS Office, email, printer etc.
  • Perform Windows and basic Server administration, configuration, monitoring and system backup.
  • Maintain inventory of IT facilities.
  • Prepare regular report for management review.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Desktop Support.
  • Have ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Network and Server side Infrastructure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
