IT Technician
- Perform daily IT Technical Support to users.
- Perform Hardware/ Software installation, maintenance of PC such as MS Office, email, printer etc.
- Perform Windows and basic Server administration, configuration, monitoring and system backup.
- Maintain inventory of IT facilities.
- Prepare regular report for management review.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Desktop Support.
- Have ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Network and Server side Infrastructure.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
