Senior System Engineer, Infrastructure Team
- Responsible for the System implementation and configuration for Project deployment.
- Provide Infrastructure support for UNIX Server, SAN Storage and Networks.
- Perform Server installation, upgrade and configuration.
- Perform problem isolation and fixing.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, disaster recovery drill, Security patches, Security audit and follow up.
- Coordinate with vendor on Software and Hardware maintenance support and upgrade.
- Assist procurement of license renewal and maintenance extension.
- Provide 24x7 Production support according to support roster
- Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Certification Holder in MCSE, UNIX Administration, CCNA, VM Software would be an added advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in support and implementation of Server, Network and Virtualization environment.
- Have hand-on knowledge and support on EMC DMX3, EMC Center.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Server 2008/ 2012, UNIX, Linux, and Desktop Systems.
- Experience on firewall, Load Balancers, VPN gateway and HSM is a plus.
- Willing and required to provide off-hours and on-call support.
- On job training will be provided.
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and able to work independently.
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
