  • Perform daily IT Technical Support to End-users.
  • Perform Installs, Moves, Adds and Change (IMCA) activities.
  • Perform install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot End-user workstations and related Hardware and Software.
  • Maintain Inventory of IT facilities.
  • Prepare regular report for Management review.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline.
  • Professional Certificates Holder of MCSE/ CCNA is an advantage.
  • At least 2+ years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Desktop Support.
  • Have ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in IT support and administration for Microsoft Windows PC/ Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Network and Server side Infrastructure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
