End-users Support Engineer
- Perform daily IT Technical Support to End-users.
- Perform Installs, Moves, Adds and Change (IMCA) activities.
- Perform install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot End-user workstations and related Hardware and Software.
- Maintain Inventory of IT facilities.
- Prepare regular report for Management review.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline.
- Professional Certificates Holder of MCSE/ CCNA is an advantage.
- At least 2+ years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Desktop Support.
- Have ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge in IT support and administration for Microsoft Windows PC/ Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Network and Server side Infrastructure.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
