  • Responsible for IT Infrastructure availability management & administration
  • Provide daily IT technical support and service to internal customers
  • Maintain IT Infrastructure Security, network performance
  • Assist Infrastructure Manager for project management and execution
  • Review IT Trend and customer needs, make new IT solution proposal to the company
  • High Diploma or above in IT related disciplines;
  • At least 4 years working experience in IT Support, server & network administration
  • Professional qualification of CCNA / MCSE / CCSE / ITIL / PMP are preferred
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (AD, DHCP, GPO, Powershell)
  • Experience in VMWare ESXi, LAN/Wireless LAN & Firewall Setup & Configuration
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with end customer in all levels
