Helpdesk Engineer
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Computing or related study with 2+ years experience onsite Helpdesk Support / Customer Service support.
- Professional Certificates Holder of ITL v3 / MCSE is an advantage.
- Experience & well trained to handle onsite Field Engineering Services on IT related field.
- Familiar with general PCs / Desktop backup and restore application and related process workflow.
- Knowledge in IT PCs / Desktop Hardware installation / settings and configuration (e.g. Lenovo PCs / HP Printers and other computer OA Peripherals).
- Knowledge in MS Windows OS, MS Office functionality, Novel Netware, Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products, Mobile device, configurations and Apps operations.
- 7x24 Shift Duty roster is required.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Good in speaking Mandarin is an advantage.
