Desktop Support Engineer
- Provide end-user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting
- Escalate to customer IT teams for out-scope issues
- Provide user support for desktop applications
- Monitor the SLA defined
- Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Have at least 2 years experience on user support for medium size company
- Good communication skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
