  • Escalate to customer IT teams for out-scope issues
  • Provide user support for desktop applications
  • Monitor the SLA defined
  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years experience on user support for medium size company
  • Good communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
