  • Provide assistance including preparing project material, communicating with users, and performing mailbox migration and PST login
  • Setup the Exchange server for migration use
  • Provide post-migration follow up and support
  • On-call standby support in non-office hour as needed.
  • Diploma in Computing or related discipline or above
  • 2 years+ experience in Microsoft Exchange operations.
  • Knowledge on Exchange server role, MX record, mail flow troubleshooting
