  • Higher diploma or above in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of network engineering experience in telecommunication / IT industry
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco / Switch / Firewall(SRX/ASA/FortiGate) support and administration
  • Holder of Cisco's CCNP/CCNA, is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in Cisco Call Manager or other IP phone conferencing network will be a plus
  • Work independently, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills & work under pressure
