Senior System Analyst
- Assist IT Manager to develop procedures/ guidelines, be a gatekeeper of the guidelines on both in-house Developers and vendors.
- To manage oversee the Web Development Projects.
- Served as a Technical contact and Development lead for all related Projects.
- Be a Technical lead in application design, architecture and integration for different platforms & IT Systems.
- Lead and manage the internal and external Development team for assigned Projects.
- Perform Technical feasibility study and evaluate vendors’ solutions.
- Prepare business case for related Projects to achieve management’s endorsement.
- Oversee the technical document development including user requirement and technical design specifications.
- Taking the lead on browser/ device acceptance testing and bug fixing.
- Degree Holder in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years in Senior System Analyst level with knowledge of professional Software Engineering best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Web Application Development such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery Mobile.
- Experience in creating Mobile Applications is preferred.
- Experience in working with users to define business requirements.
- Experience with integration through Web Services and APIs and the appropriate standards such as XML, JSON and Rest.
- Experience with responsive layouts and understands the benefits of using responsive framework.
- Knowledge and experience in Data modeling, configuration, developing specifications, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Must be a good Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multi-tasking with an ability to cope with tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
