  • Provide technical support for production incident
  • Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with internal and external teams
  • Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
  • Update and Communicate existing procedures & documents
  • On-duty standby support during non-office hours
  • 3-5 years of IT working experience, preferred prior exposure in banking or financial sectors
  • Linux/AIX/Wintel platform supports skills
  • Practical shell scripting experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Skillful in validating, clarifying problems reported
  • Able to take up ad-hoc short term projects from manager
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
