  • Perform server system implementation, daily operations and trouble shooting.
  • Assist in Hardware/ Networking/ Software monitoring, Change Management and Release Management.
  • Maintain, monitor Server backup and Data restoration tasks .
  • Provide administration and maintenance on Microsoft Windows Servers, VMWare, Firewall, Cisco switch and routers.
  • Apply regular Security patch, install fixes, perform System Health Check.
  • Handle ad hoc System support, Project implementation and documentation.
  • Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines, MCITP/CCNA is an advantage.
  • At least 2~3 years work experience in Infrastructure Administration and End-user Support.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting VMware ESXi, Windows Servers and Server backup.
  • Resourceful, Self-initiative, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
