  • 70% Desktop for Windows PCs, Mac and Mobile device.
  • 30% Server for Windows Server, VMware and AD domain.
  • Break-fix and support Windows 10/ 2008, Mac iOS including Hardneing / Patches.
  • Hands & Eyes support of Infrastructure in relation to APARs, Security checking, Reboots.
  • Install Hardware and Software tools or agent.
  • Application installation testing, and setup.
  • Perform Customer System Test and support UAT.
  • Update ISM Protal for activities.
  • Collect artifacts approvals to support task completion.
  • Complete all required documents.
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 4+ years experience in Desktop or Technical Support role.
  • Solid troubleshooting and supporting experience.
  • Comfortable to work in a team setting or independently.
  • Good command in English and Cantonese.
