  • High Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Familiar with MS office trouble-shooting skill (i.e. Word , Excel and Outlook (essential).
  • Hardware troubleshooting skill, i.e. Desktop, Notebook, Printer, Cabling etc.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Window Domain, TCPIP, Windows 7, Mobile Phone IOS / Android.
  • Good communication of spoken and written in English & Cantonese.
  • Co-ordination and interpersonal skills
