System Engineer (UNIX & Windows)
- Provide Technical Support to both backend and frontend environment including Headquarter, resilence site and remote offices.
- Provide Infrastructure Support for UNIX and Microsoft Windows Server.
- Perform Server installation, upgrade, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendor on maintenance support and upgrade for Software/ Hardware.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, disaster recovery drill, Security patches/ audit and followup.
- Assist procurement of license renewal and maintenance extension.
- Provide 7x24 production support according to support roster.
- Degree Holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Certification of UNIX administration or Microsoft Windows administration is preferred.
- At least 4 years of working experience in UNIX and Microsoft Windows System administration.
- Hands-on recovery, troubleshooting of Hardware/ Software problem, Patch installation, and Software upgrade.
- Willing and required to provide off-hours and on-call support.
- Good communication of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
