  • Provide technical support of daily Server operation with patch management and problem resolution
  • Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • Good knowledge to handling operations of similar scale and nature and with proficient in Microsoft Windows 2008/2012, Linux, MS Windows Win7/Win8/Win10, Active Directory
  • Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Preferable certifications would include MCP, CCNA, LPI
  • Support experiences on Microsoft Windows 2008/2012, Linux, MS Windows Win7/Win8/Win10, Active Directory, and other networking equipment
  • Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure
  • Good communicate skills in English and Chinese
