System Operator (Data Centre)
- Assist support to analyse Technical problems and implement solutions in accordance with given instructions.
- Drive problem analysis and resolution for Incidents that affects Infrastructure
- Operate input/ output devices such as Tape drives and printers.
- Execute recover procedures, and System restart.
- Ensure established procedures are being maintained.
- Monitor supply Inventory levels.
- Maintain records of machine performance and production.
- Record equipment problems and place service calls.
- Perform Infrastructure monitoring and distribute alerts to responsible groups of support.
- Perform Service Centre help desk duties.
- Produce System printouts in a timely manner.
- Process batch jobs.
- Diploma or above with 1 year Computer Operator experience.
