  • Provision on technical support services for upgrading Windows 7/ 10
  • Setup servers and workstations for testing and deployment
  • Provide technical advice for the upgrade process
  • Collaborate with 2nd Tier support to tackle technical problems
  • Conduct quality assurance check for servers and workstations
  • Prepare the hardware being replaced for decommissioning and disposal in accordance with the client’s instructions
  • Provide helpdesk support
  • Diploma holder or above of Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experiences in IT Support
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Familiar with Windows XP, Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Good Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal
  • Cantonese speaking and GOOD in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
