Helpdesk / Customer Service Coordinator
- Provide the information on the IT equipment / application
- Assist the user on the IT equipment / application usage, loan etc.
- Provide the admin support on the hardware parts
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1-2 years experience in Helpdesk / Customer Service in IT industry.
- Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills
- A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
- Good soft skill is a MUST
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Location : Kowloon Bay / Shatin / Mong Kok / Central
