  • Provide the information on the IT equipment / application
  • Assist the user on the IT equipment / application usage, loan etc.
  • Provide the admin support on the hardware parts
  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience in Helpdesk / Customer Service in IT industry.
  • Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Good soft skill is a MUST
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Location : Kowloon Bay / Shatin / Mong Kok / Central
