  • Assist the user on the IT equipment / application usage, loan etc.
  • Provide the information on the IT equipment / application
  • Provide the admin support on the hardware parts
  • Diploma or degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an IT support, helpdesk, desktop, or other relevant roles
  • Solid understanding in Windows, PC and basic network knowledge
  • Good soft skill is a MUST
  • Good communication skill set (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
