  • Provide PC Hardware & Software installation
  • System support to users of local and overseas offices
  • Provide immediate end-user support and trouble shooting on IT applications
  • Evaluate and review systems, monitoring industry trends and providing information efficiently to meet both internal and external parties
  • Maintain hardware and software asset managemen
  • University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 0-2 years demonstrated experience in system support/network infrastructure deployment
  • Good in Windows and MacOS platform Customer service focused
  • Excellent interpersonal, self-initiative, enthusiastic and team player
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently;
  • A good team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
