  • Provide technical support and maintenance services during the installation of various devices for system roll out
  • Provide on-site support including hardware and software installation and migration
  • Support and configure the software and hardware equipment
  • Physically set up computers and Software System installation
  • Perform basic Hardware moves and changes
  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 1-3 year related IT working experience in IT Support
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft product
  • Good inter-personal skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
