  • Provide IT helpdesk services to end user
  • Ensure IT services are compliant to our Services Level Agreement (SLA)within the framework of internal services management tool
  • Provision IT devices and software deployment
  • Provide end user training in enhancing the IT skills
  • Provide technical consultancy to end user
  • Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience in IT Industry
  • Multi language(Cantonese, Mandarin and English) support is advantage
