  • Provide immediate end-user support and trouble shooting on IT applications
  • Maintain hardware and software asset management
  • Provide PC Hardware & Software installation
  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1-2 years working experience in IT industry (FSI experience is preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, self-initiative, enthusiastic and team player
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
  • A good team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
