- Provide IT helpdesk services to end user
- Ensure IT services are compliant to our Services Level Agreement (SLA)within the framework of internal services management tool
- Provision IT devices and software deployment
- Provide end user training in enhancing the IT skills
- Provide technical consultancy to end user
- Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
- 0-2 years working experiencein IT Industry
- Multi language(Cantonese, Mandarin and English) support is advantage
