Support Engineer (Application / Deskside / Helpdesk)
- Application Support
- Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with internal and external teams
- Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
- Handle Ad-hoc short term projects from Manager
- Deskside Support
- Provide immediate end-user support and trouble shooting on IT applications
- Maintain hardware and software asset management
- Provide PC Hardware & Software installation
- Helpdesk Support
- Perform level 1 support on troubleshooting, incident Ticket Escalation
- Maintenance help desk log and call assignment
- Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) on providing technical support service
- Application Support
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred
- 2 years+ of IT working experience in application support / development/programming
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
- Deskside / Helpdesk Support
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 0.5 - 2 years working experience in IT Industry
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
